GILFACH LONGHOUSE OPEN DAYS 2008

Thanks to the hospitality of tenants Viv Hutchings and Pip Amos, Open Days at the Gilfach Longhouse are becoming a tradition. For just £2.50 you can enjoy a bottomless pot of tea or coffee and two slices of Viv’s wonderful home baking in the cosy kitchen of this ancient Grade II* Listed farmstead. Proceeds are shared between RWT and local charities. Open Days still to come this year are from 11 am to 5 pm on:

Monday May 26th
Sunday July 20th
Sunday August 24th

And if you’re thinking of visiting Gilfach on other days, don’t forget that at weekends and in school holidays you can get a good cup of tea or coffee in the Nature Discovery Centre.

Gilfach Nature Discovery Centre: Open 10am - 5pm Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays until the end of September, plus every day during school holidays (March 21 – April 4, May 26 – 30, July 21 – September 2)
